iROCKER CRUISER Review (10’6″ All-Around Inflatable SUP)

iROCKER CRUISER 10'6"Introduced as a more stable option to the company’s other all-around inflatable paddle boards, the iROCKER CRUISER is a fun, versatile iSUP that is well-built and affordable. This season, iROCKER added a few minor improvements to the board and the accessory bundle which we’ll cover in this review.

A company well-known for delivering outstanding value and providing great customer service, Jacksonville, Florida-based iROCKER SUP has expanded their line of popular inflatables to a total of 6 models this year. In March, they also launched a brand new premium iSUP label called BLACKFIN, which currently consists of three models: the 10’6″ BLACKFIN Model X, 11’6″ Model XL, and Model V touring board.

In this iROCKER CRUISER review, we’ll take a look at the overall changes to the model for this year, the features and construction, build quality, specs, included SUP accessories, and warranty. We’ll also share all available iROCKER coupon codes and promo discounts currently being offered to help you get the best deal.

iROCKER CRUISER Review: Board Overview

iROCKER CRUISER Inflatable Paddle BoardWhat was previously a durable inflatable SUP has only gotten tougher. New for this season, iROCKER has further strengthened the CRUISER’s design by incorporating quad-layer PVC construction. In addition to making the board even more durable, it’s also boosted rigidity making the board stiffer than last year’s model.

Slightly more stable than the iROCKER ALL-AROUND 10′ and ALL-AROUND 11′ models, the CRUISER is perfect for beginners or anyone who really needs a board with above average stability. If you’re more concerned with speed and overall performance, we recommend checking out the popular iROCKER SPORT 11′ model.

Another great new addition to this year’s CRUISER are more color options. In addition to the standard blue color, iROCKER is now offering the board in black, aqua, orange, green, and yellow (click here to see what the new colors look like).

Construction

As we mentioned, all of this year’s iROCKER SUPs are built with four layers of ultra-durable PVC. The CRUISER’s high-quality drop stitch core is incredibly tough and does a fantastic job of holding everything together and maintaining the board’s shape.

Unlike many other boards in this price range, the CRUISER’s overall finish is nicely done and there’s no sloppiness when it comes to gluing or hardware mounting. Also, all of the hardware is of excellent quality.

Features

On the top deck of this year’s iROCKER CRUISER is an upgraded EVA foam traction pad. The multi-colored deck pad features a diamond pattern grip with new crocodile texture, and mid-board is a newly designed carrying handle which has a soft and comfortable neoprene cover. Also located along both sides of the traction pad at the rails are four D-rings which can be used to mount an optional iROCKER kayak seat.
