The drop stitch construction means that the side walls of the chambers are firmly joined together by thousands of high-tensile threads. When you start pumping and the inflation process begins, the chamber’s walls expand – but only to the limit of the threads. As more and more air is forced into the chamber the pressure continues to increase, providing an extremely thin and narrow high-pressure chamber that offers extreme rigidity and outstanding buoyancy.
In the case of the WS4, the hull inflates to an amazing 10 psi, and can be in the water in less than 30 seconds. It really doesn’t get much more convenient than that.
What’s more, the recessed Halkey Roberts style air valve means that there’s no danger of it snagging in the middle of your run.

The nose of the Wave Slider 4ft features a 2″ nose/entry rocker. This slight lift improves the board’s overall performance, preventing nose dives and helping the board to float on top of the water.
Sea Eagle added three convenient grab-handles at the front of the WS4. High-strength and resistant to the elements, the handles let you ride the board in whatever configuration you want while also serving as carry handles for the board.
