A cheap inflatable paddle board that’s designed with kids and beginners in mind, the SereneLife 10′ SUP is a basic, entry-level model that comes with all the accessories you need to get on the water.
In this SereneLife SUP review, we’ll dive deeper into this popular beginner SUP’s specifications, build quality and construction, features, packaged accessories, warranty coverage, and where to buy it from.
SereneLife 10′ SUP: Board Overview
Measuring 10′ x 30″ x 6″ and weighing 30 pounds, the SereneLife 10′ iSUP has a total carrying capacity of 275 pounds and is narrower in width than most all-around SUPs on the market. As a result, SereneLife’s 10′ inflatable paddle board feels a lot less stable and safe compared to other wider models like the popular iROCKER ALL-AROUND 10′.
For kids and teens, this should not be a huge issue, but for heavier paddlers it could be a problem. Also, paddling with two people on the board is not advisable unless they’re both small.
As far as design goes, this board definitely has a generic feel to it. We do like the fact that it comes in two colors, but the overall look of the SereneLife 10′ SUP feels a bit boring to us.
Construction
SereneLife’s 10′ inflatable SUP has been built out of durable PVC with a corrosion resistant layer added to it. The durability of this board is acceptable, but compared to higher-priced inflatable SUPs on the market, the build quality is a bit lacking in terms of overall quality.
Features
The first thing you’ll notice on the top of the board is a dual-colored, non-slip deck pad which is designed to be comfortable and provide great traction.
The nose looks pretty basic, with simple elastic bungee cord tie-downs for securing gear. Since many SUPs on the market now feature a 6 D-ring bungee cord system, this one feels a bit small. Also, the fact that the board doesn’t have a carry handle at the nose makes things far less convenient when you’re dragging your board along the beach or in and out of the water.
Moving on to the tail, the SereneLife 10′ features a Halkey Roberts valve and a D-ring for attaching the included SUP safety leash.
The underside of the board features a 3-fin system (2 small fixed fins and a large removable center fin). This helps immensely when it comes to tracking performance.

Final Thoughts
Overall, the SereneLife 10′ is an inexpensive, budget-friendly inflatable SUP that is a decent choice for kids and adult newcomers to the world of paddleboarding. This board is a lot less stable than most other all-around boards on the market due to the narrower 30″ width, making it a bit more challenging to paddle when it comes to overall balance.
Visually, this board doesn’t look as nice as many other inflatable SUPs on the market. We’re also not big fans of the fact that there’s no grab handle at the nose, and the bungee cord storage system is a bit too small.
At the end of the day, this is a cheap, no frills board that is worth checking out if you don’t have a big budget.
